**Job Title: Nurse Trainer - Medical Simulation**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Sales Demonstration**:
Conduct engaging demonstrations of our simulators for potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their needs.
Customize demonstrations to show the versatility and functionality of simulators for different medical disciplines and scenarios.

**Post-Sales Training**:
Develop and deliver training programs for users on how to operate, maintain, and utilize our simulators.
Provide hands-on training sessions covering a variety of simulation scenarios, from basic skills to complex medical procedures.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:
Stay updated on advancements in simulation technology and medical practices, incorporating this knowledge into training and demonstrations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Address customer queries and concerns promptly, showing expert knowledge and professionalism.

**Travel and On-Site Support**:
Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to provide on-site training and support.
Adapt to different environments and user backgrounds to ensure effective communication and training.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field; additional certification or training in simulation education is a plus.
Extensive experience in clinical nursing across various medical disciplines, with a good understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
Proven experience in delivering training, preferably in healthcare simulation or medical education.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including senior doctors and healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality training programs within tight deadlines.
Flexibility to travel extensively, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide.
Passion for healthcare education and simulation technology, committed to enhancing patient care and safety through innovative training solutions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
