**Job Title: Visa Counselor**

As a Visa Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients seeking visas for various purposes, including travel, study, work, or immigration. Your primary duties will include:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements, preferences, and eligibility.
- **Documentation Assistance**:

- Reviewing documents to ensure they meet the requirements set by immigration authorities.
- **Application Processing**:

- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Staying updated on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- **Client Support**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral partners.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in visa counseling, immigration consultancy, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of visa regulations, immigration procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in document preparation.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, especially if dealing with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

**Salary**: ₹10,330.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
