**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Generation & Target Achievement**:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the domestic market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by management.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- **Market Research & Strategy Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide input for sales strategies and initiatives based on market research and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and ensure that clients are informed of new offerings and promotions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions to issues or challenges.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
- **Sales Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and meetings.
- Document and track all sales activities, quotations, and contracts.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales techniques and processes.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s product line and services to effectively sell to clients.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete necessary administrative tasks associated with sales activities, including preparing quotations, order forms, and contracts.
- Ensure all sales-related paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,473.80 - ₹33,337.40 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
