**About the Role**:

- New Business Development of **Agri-Commodities (Pulses, Spices & Oil Seeds)**
- Conducting market research to identify trends, pricing fluctuations, and demand-supply dynamics in the agricultural commodities market
- Assessment of global opportunities
- Commercial negotiation & order finalization
- Developing strategic relationship with stakeholders
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, buyers, and intermediaries for the purchase and sale of agricultural commodities.
- Monitoring performance in quality, cost & delivery
- Coordination with the logistics and finance team & ensuring smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, trade laws, and industry standards governing the trade of agricultural commodities.

**What you should have**:

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of product & international market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience with Export House in a company with a sizeable business ( > 100cr business per annum)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint & MS Excel
- Preferred relevant experience of 5-7 years
