**About the department**

Global Information Security, GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT GBS. Global Information Security, GBS is an integral part of Global Information Security Organisation of Novo Nordisk which is headed by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and consists of two main areas: Global Security Operations (GSO) and Global Information Security Advisory (GISA). In GIS (Global Information Security) GBS (Global Business service), we work closely with Global Information Security organisation in defining and executing on strategy to support the digital journey of Novo Nordisk by ensuring smooth operations of SOC, Service Management, advisory support, Security Mailbox, and various other Information Security functions.

**The Position**
- To Develop and maintain processes for Cloud security operations. Provide training and development to other cloud operations specialist on advanced technical skills.
- To ensure cloud security tool is configured according to best practice and is functioning appropriately. You will detect and identify IT security incidents using available tools and technology.
- To Develop and implement technology and tools to strengthen the detection and identification of threats and adapt to changing and developing threats.
- Assist and train to GSO-Americas and APAC in analyses of cloud security incidents.

You will engage in improving Novo Nordisk infrastructure security. You will establish and maintain relationships with internal security organizations (vendors, infrastructure, and security departments), cloud Infrastructure Service Managers and Architects to improve Novo Nordisk cloud infrastructure security. You will identify and communicate opportunities for improving Novo Nordisk cloud infrastructure security.

**Qualification**
- Master or Bachelor of Science in Engineering/ Cyber Security / Computer Science or any international certifications in the IT Security field, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and 8+ years of hands-on experience of working IT Security within Public and private sector. Must have work experience in cloud security operations, sentinel, CAB (Change Advisory Board), AWS & Microsoft Azure cloud, Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) and forensic investigation.
- Must have experience in Incident Handling of Major incidents and operational IT Security.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with IT Security, GSO organisations and users.
- Demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with stakeholders at the highest organisational level.
- Must have excellent communication skills. It shall be expected of you to be highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with mínimal or no supervision.
