**_In this role, The Procurement Analyst performs sourcing across different categories and is responsible for the excellent execution of Purchase Orders across a high volume of work. Therefore they must be detailed oriented, able to manage a process in a common sense way from start to finish and be capable of multi-tasking/prioritizing multiple asks. Communication across client partners, within and outside of finance, as well as with vendors is essential. The Procurement Analyst must be able to recognize problems and to hold people accountable to deliver what is required. _**
**_Responsibilities_**:

**_Raise requisition received by internal partners and issue Purchase orders to vendors_**
**_ _**
**_Execute requests for new creation and modification of existing Purchase orders_**
**_ _**
**_Maintaining/loading new or updated catalogs into workday_**
**_ _**
**_Communicates with vendors regarding client purchases and materials_**
**_ _**
**_Works closely with various client partners_**
**_ _**
**_Conducts tactical sourcing of supplies and materials_**
**_ _**
**_Can operate within a multi-step tactical sourcing process_**
**_ _**
**_Good understanding of End to End Procurement cycle_**
**_ _**
**_Common sense approach to managing processes_**
**_ _**
**_Ability to follow through from start to finish_**
**_ _**
**_Recognize, call out and offer solutions to perceived problems_**
**_ _**
**_Confidence and proficiency to hold others accountable to meeting results_**
