As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through the effective management of our customer relationship management systems and strategies. You will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer interactions, increase loyalty, and drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain CRM systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns to target specific customer segments and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology and customer experience management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BCA, B.Com.
