**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**UI UX Designer**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**User Interface (UI) Design**:
2) Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
3) Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and screen sizes.
4) Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs into functional interfaces.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:
1) Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
2) Design user flows navigation structures, and interactive elements to optimize the user experience.
4) Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user testing and feedback.

**Graphics and Animation**:
2) Develop animations and visual effects to enhance user engagement and interactivity.
3) Optimize graphics and animations for performance and compatibility across different devices.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
1) Collaborate with developers, artists, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and seamless integration of design and functionality.
2) Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
3) Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.

**Industry Trends and Best Practices**:
1) Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies related to mobile app and game development.
2) Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster innovation and improve design processes.

**Requirements**:
1) A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
3) Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw, Sketch, Figma, XD, or similar.
4) Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
5) Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
6) Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and technologies is a plus.
7) Familiarity with 2D/3D graphics software and animation tools is beneficial.
8) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design ideas.
9) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
