**Must-Have:

- **
- Postgraduate in Orthopedics with **Exp.>2 yrs.**
- Language: Hindi, English, & 1 any other Indian languages

**Desirable**from the Healthcare industry

Outnumber the below skills:

- 1. Ensure that the activities of the ANSSI Wellness Center LLP carried out in conjunction with its vision and mission and Values.

2. Work in coordination with physiotherapist, healthcare professionals and Clinic Manager as well as delegate tasks to concern staff

3. Understanding, reviewing and maintaining patients information and care

4. Explaining the patient, the various modalities of treatments available

5. Convincing patients for Spinal Decompression technique.

6. Assisting patients for informed decision-making

7. Diagnosing, and treating the patients for non-surgical treatment

8. Assuring and motivating patients queries by responding them

9. Physically examining prescribing investigations like X ray or MRI if necessary and correlating reports and physical examination findings.

10. Creating personalized treatment programs with clear outcomes

11. Conducts and supervises direct patient care

12. Giving advice and follow up recommendations to be followed at home

13. Educating patients and family members about the self-care treatment interventions recovery process,

14. Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed

15. Maintaining database, inventory and documentation related to patients’ treatment

16. Conduct medical research on new injuries or diseases, and conducts, supervises, and participates in medical education and training of other medical personnel.

17. Train staff for soft skills to run clinic smoother, and to maintain high clinic standard.

18. Adding FAQs based on experiences.

19. Writing informative and research-based articles

20. Providing necessary data to R&D department

21. Enhances department and Company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

22. Providing necessary data and do presentation to the reporting authority

23. Any other work delegated by the reporting authority

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
