**Position Overview**: As a Steward at BingeHub, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing the service flow, and ensuring smooth operations within the cash section for billing. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our entertainment center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers and convert leads into bookings for events such as birthdays, celebrations, and group gatherings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage the cash section, handle billing transactions accurately, and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the entertainment center's presentable appearance at all times.
- Monitor event schedules and coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of bookings and celebrations.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of both guests and colleagues.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on menu offerings, entertainment options, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM or as the need arises.
- A passion for creating positive guest experiences and contributing to a vibrant team culture.
