**Experience**: 2 years **Graduation**: Any IT Savvy graduate
- Execute all required tasks for project based on instructions provided by either the client or a Project Manager.
- Closely monitor project progress and collaborate with case team members to review and understand project scope, project goals and timelines. Prioritize project activities accordingly, actively report project statuses, and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring accurate reporting, and timely invoicing.
- Support all phases of the EDRM with a concentration on data processing, document review and production phases.
- Understand project-specific requirements and translates into technical solutions to be implemented by a team of technical analysts and engineers.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance process for department activities.
- Responsible for regular maintenance of project-related documentation.
- Capture client feedback and feature requests as well as actively coordinate with the Technical and Development teams regarding implementation, bugs, and new initiatives.

**REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Working and operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the aptitude to be able to quickly learn and use Knovos’ solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented mindset
- A process-oriented approach to executing tasks and time management.
- Ability to multi-task - Strong customer service and relationship skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines
- Ability to travel as required for on-site project work.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessitated by project work.
