Aesthetic Therapist

Conduct thorough skin consultations and educate patients about their dermatological conditions, treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks or side effects.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating a combination of medical treatments, prescriptions, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up care.
- Actively promote over services and retail products to clients, driving sales and contributing to the store success.
- Guide team of Therapist to perform aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, LASER treatments, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures to enhance the appearance and address patients' aesthetic concerns.
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Training & re-training therapists on existing procedures & new procedures.
- Responsible to create treatment protocols for various aesthetic procedures, including pre-treatment assessments, preparation, technique guidelines, and post-treatment care.
- Needs to work with It team on developing software by providing clinical data requirements & marketing team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
