1. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

2. Customer Service: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team by addressing inquiries and providing necessary information in a timely manner.

3. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and monitor the progress to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and generate sales reports as needed.

5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

6. Sales Assistance: Help with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

7. Follow-ups: Ensure follow-ups on pending customer requests and other post-sales activities.

8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents related to sales such as contracts, agreements, and records.

9. Support Sales Targets: Assist in tracking the achievement of sales targets and provide input on performance analysis.

10. Handling Complaints: Address client complaints and escalate them to the appropriate team if necessary.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
