Ensuring the equipments condition and intimating if any failures noticed during work
- To arranging ladles required for production
- Following the safety practices and good house keeping practices
- Updating the records provided in the system
- Reporting to the Head regarding the shift activities
- To carryout weekly maintenance activities in furnace and other works
- Achieving the production targets
- Communicate to the workers regarding the daily production & non-conformances
- Responsible for magnesium treatment process
- Allotting the required man power to the production
- Planning the production (furnace wise) as per the discussion held with moulding dept.,
- Taking the production as per the work instruction and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Melting Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
