**Job Requirements**

**Responsibilities**: ▪ Coordinate with all functions in developing/ updating processes and procedures while embedding requirements of QHSE standards aligned with ISO 9001; 45001; 14001; and other standards like IADC. ▪ Review Client specific QHSE requirements and ensure compliance to meet contractual requirements. ▪ Ensure QHSE compliance in accordance with the organization plan and compliance with and adherence to local applicable legislation and regulatory requirements, as applicable. ▪ Continuously review and improve all functional processes / procedures while ensuring management of change and keep everyone informed in the organization. ▪ Lead and conduct the annual internal audits and ensure that all functions complete the required corrective actions, and that the tracker is kept updated. ▪ Facilitate all External Audits and ensure tracking and close of corrective actions. ▪ Lead on all employee's QHSE engagement activities as per the QHSE calendar as applicable for all geographical locations and advise the local site teams on QHSE compliance. ▪ Assist QHSE function lead to monitoring the functional Objectives and KPIs along with monthly status updation. ▪ Conduct and coordinate the HSE incident management through the QHMS system and ensure incident investigation and reporting is completed on time. ▪ Coordinate / Conduct QHSE inspections of third-party vendors, work sites as applicable, and HSE inspections of the GET offices. ▪ Ensure that Emergency Response Plans are prepared and implemented at all operational locations and local teams are made aware of that. ▪ Responsible for personal safety safe working practice and protocols across all locations and ensuring all employees are kept aware through internal training. ▪ Assist & participate in scheduled Client QHSE review meetings chaired by QHSE function lead. ▪ Assisting in creating the training presentations, Monthly review meetings, monthly QHSE Scorecard and other QHSE engagement activities.

**Preferred **- Knowledge of working with ERP - Must be able to interact with clients and senior management and be able to interact with third parties like vendors / certification bodies.

**Experience Preferred **- Background experience in QHSE preferred including Office and work sites. - Experience in working with multiple geography teams. - Knowledge of ISO Audit and QMS / QHSE Experience with Oil & Gas industry - Practical knowledge of Incident Investigation and Reporting through online systems. - Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines. - Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers, and other external contacts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
