Jewellery Retoucher

As a member of our creative services team, this position will have the responsibility of editing high-resolution images for use in print and digital media. All creative staff is responsible for representing Palmonas Designs in a consistent style and look, ensuring best practices are always leveraged. The goal of creative staff is to consistently work to develop designs of the utmost quality, providing the ultimate customer experience.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Outline and create clipping paths
- Follow required build structure and methodologies for files, including layer organization and naming conventions.
- Ensure color consistency of product images within projects
- Perform quality assurance on all images, reviewing retouching work for quality and accuracy.
- Use proper naming conventions and maintain digital asset organization on the server.
- Must have a working knowledge of color correction based on RGB color space and conversion to CMYK to meet printing industry standards for reproduction.
- Understanding of printing and pre-press specifications.
- Ability to create masks and outline products efficiently.
- Upload final approved images to the online digital asset management system.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retouching: 1 year (preferred)
