Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and answer queries.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and appointment setting.
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
**Qualifications**:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller in Real Estate.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage and connect with potential customers over the phone.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
**Working Days **:6 days working ( Any 1 week day off other than Saturday and Sunday)
**Timings**: 10am -7 pm
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
