BD Role - IPO Lead
Job Location: Mumbai
**Job Type**: Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the market to find potential business deals. Identify opportunities, generate leads, and work with bank representatives to convert leads into transactions.
- Build strong connections with medium to large companies and other partners.
- Establish good relationships with key decision-makers such as company owners and CFOs.
- Make cold calls and reach out to clients when necessary.
- Create business deals for activities like IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and private equity fundraising.
- Establish strong connections with funds, family offices, and similar entities.
- Assist in preparing presentations with market analysis, financial evaluation, company profiles, pricing, and market information.
- Analyze and understand financial statements, compare companies, and gather information from reports, databases, and other sources.
- Collect and interpret company and industry information from various sources to form opinions on industry trends and individual companies.
- Collaborate with internal departments like branch banking and wealth management for lead generation.
- Have a good understanding of the Indian equity capital markets and the regulations set by SEBI.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- IPO NBFC: 1 year (preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Debits & credits: 3 years (preferred)
- MSME: 3 years (preferred)
- Financial evolution: 2 years (preferred)
