Site Supervisor

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications and within established budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all workers on site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the quality or progress of the project.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, cost tracking, and change orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of workers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
