We are excited to announce an open position for an Assistant Financial Planner within our firm. This role is crucial to supporting our financial planning team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Below are the details of the position:
**Position: Assistant Financial Planner**

**Department**: Financial Planning

**Reports To**: Assosiate Financial Planner

**Location**: Jaipur

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**: Assist in preparing comprehensive financial plans and strategies for clients. This includes gathering and analyzing financial data, creating presentations, and maintaining client records.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and provide insights to help develop and implement investment strategies.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all client interactions and financial plans comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Senior Financial Planner and other team members to deliver seamless and effective financial planning services.
- **Education and Training**: Stay informed about new financial products, services, and regulatory developments. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Progress toward CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in financial planning software and tools, and a high level of attention to detail.
- **Attributes**: Demonstrated client service orientation, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
