The Course Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic courses within an educational institution or training program. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, educational expertise, and effective communication abilities to ensure the smooth functioning of courses and the achievement of educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Curriculum Development:

- Ensure alignment of course content with academic standards, learning outcomes, and program objectives.
- Regularly review and update course materials to reflect current trends, best practices, and industry standards.

2.Course Scheduling and Coordination:

- Develop course schedules in coordination with academic departments, considering faculty availability, classroom resources, and student needs.
- Manage course enrollment processes, including registration, adding/dropping courses, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate course schedules and updates to faculty, students, and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

3.Administrative Support:

- Coordinate logistics for courses, including room bookings, audiovisual equipment, and other resources necessary for effective instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of course offerings, enrollments, grades, and other relevant data.
- Assist in budget planning and expenditure tracking related to course activities.

4.Student Support:

- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding course-related inquiries, academic advising, and support services.
- Facilitate student orientation sessions to familiarize them with course expectations, resources, and support systems.
- Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and implement interventions to support their academic success.

5.Faculty Support and Development:

- Provide support to faculty members in course preparation, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
- Facilitate faculty development workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct evaluations of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

6.Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

- Implement mechanisms for assessing course effectiveness, student learning outcomes, and instructional quality.
- Collect feedback from students, faculty, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in program reviews, accreditation processes, and institutional assessments as required.

**Age limit:25-35**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
