"1) Proper handover and relieving of shift 2) General rounds to vacuum pits, hot water generation area, to ensure running status and equipment healthiness 3) Updation of checksheets 4) Continuous monitoring and controlling of de-aerator level, hot water pressure & temperature and vacuum pressure 5) Entry of hot water and vacuum parameter readings in log notes, 2hrs once 6) De-watering of vacuum pit twice in a shift 7) Co-ordinating compressor operator in operations and maintenance 8) Dosing of chemicals and checking of sulphite level 9) Cleaning of condensate pump's strainer, PPP pump's strainer, NRV and seal water pump strainer 10) Ensure operation of condensate pumps and PPP pumps 11) Make regular checks of equipment and repair/service as required 12) Make general good house keeping 13) Register of abnormalities in abnormality log note 14) Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures 15) Report all Break downs to site Lead / In charge. 16) Report all Incidents, Accidents and Near miss. 17) Maintaining of log notes as their job records"
