Nimesa is protecting many marquee brands in India and the US in BFSI, healthcare, Govt, fintech, and other industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for non-IT development in the Enterprise SaaS domain.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier Non-IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor/Master's degree in HR is must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- 1-2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools for Non-IT talent acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with the non-IT hiring role is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse and inclusive sales teams.
