Presales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, promote our products or services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products, services, and pricing structure.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,219.16 - ₹12,000.00 per month
