As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our interior design projects. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that construction and installation activities are carried out in accordance with design plans, quality standards, and project timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including construction, installation, and finishing work, to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and equipment required for project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction workers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safe working practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team to address any design-related issues and ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Uphold safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:
