**Role Summary**
- _ Test Analyst with 5-7 years total exp having the below mentioned skill set:_
- _ College graduate degree from a reputed institute_
- _ Strong academic background & Good communication skills._
- _ Good reasoning and analytical skills_
- _ Should have basic knowledge of web testing, mainframe knowledge(preferred)_
- _ Should have conceptual understanding of Testing Methodologies required_
- _ Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing._
- _ Is familiar with different methods, tools, and techniques used to accomplish test objectives._
- _ Is familiar with internal and best practices for test case design._
- _ Good reasoning and analytical skills_
- _ Technical/Business/Quality Certification: CSTE,ISTQB, CMMI,LOMA-Desirable_
- _ Worked as Lead/SPOC the Customer Interface_
- _ Follows processes on obtaining test plan reviews, approvals and sign offs._
- _ Has provided input on estimates for the duration of activities, and resources needed to execute the test plan. _
- _Is able to define the assumptions that must exist for testing to be comprehensive and on-schedule._
- _ Has established success criteria, acceptance criteria, entrance/exit criteria that must be met or validated to make key decisions or to move to the next level of testing or production. _
- _Has developed or adapted the approach to be used for test design and execution for small and/or simple projects._
- _ Has documented test design requirements, including purpose, preparation, and usage._
- _ Has developed test cases and scripts, including the techniques and approaches to be used for validation of the product._
- _ Has determined the data set or sub-set needed to ensure a comprehensive test of the system. _
- _Has built conversion data scenarios or test cases that would help exercise the requirements._
- _ Has in-depth knowledge of multiple testing products and approaches. _
