**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan that effectively identifies and engages potential clients seeking digital marketing services.
- Utilize market research to recognize emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and untapped business opportunities.
- Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts, leads, and prospects through diverse channels, including networking events, social media platforms, and personalized outreach.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches, spotlighting our agency's capabilities while tailoring solutions to align with the unique goals of potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the agency's creative and strategy teams to craft customized proposals and presentations that resonate with client objectives.
- Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain meticulous and current records of client interactions, leads, and progress using our CRM system.
- Stay attuned to industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to proactively identify potential clients and avenues for growth.
- Consistently surpass individual and team-based targets for client acquisition through determination and strategic thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of 1-6 Years in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably within the digital marketing realm or a related industry.
- Profound understanding of digital marketing concepts and services, enabling effective communication of value propositions to prospective clients.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal finesse, empowering confident presentations and engaging pitches to diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset underscored by a proven ability to consistently meet and surpass sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying novel business opportunities.
- Strong aptitude for negotiation and the capacity to forge enduring relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, facilitating efficient lead tracking, interactions, and progress monitoring.
- Capable of thriving both individually and as a cooperative contributor within a team-oriented environment.
- Impeccable organizational abilities and attention to detail.
