**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company.
- Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment database.
- Liaises with the Finance Department for opening Letters of Credit, transfers, and Bank Delivery orders for shipment covered by L/C.
- Authorizes our Freight forwarders to clear the goods in case of direct shipments.
- Coordinates for inspection and necessary survey in case shipments arrive in open/torn/wet/damaged condition.
- Attends inspection of damaged goods during transit at the airport/seaport along with the Insurance company's representative.
- Obtain a short lading certificate from Customs Authority. Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit notes with the insurance company.
- Obtains all attested legal documents necessary for exports from the Mumbai Chamber of commerce and industry.
- Checks and verifies Freight Forwarder's invoices for both imports & exports obtains approval from respective department Heads, and forwards these to Finance for payment.
- Following up on invoices with the shipping line & Maintaining Daily status for shipments.
- Coordinating with clients for different regulatory issues like vessel certificate KYC docs, and detention approval from the line.
- Preparation of Certificate of Origin for all the clients & its release from the Marathwada Chamber of Commerce.
- Manage the maintenance, preparation, and routing of purchase orders.
- Track and analyze mis
- shipments to ensure they dont occur again, respond to customer inquiries, and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
- Adept in supervising logistic operations and ensuring timely shipment execution while adhering to transit guidelines.
- Coordinating and planning upstream transport and shipments.
- Take charge of coordinating purchasing, planning, transportation, and scheduling activities.
- Monitoring logistic quality, service, and delivery issues expedite operations that delay internal and external customer dispatch schedules.
- Coordination with finance and sales teams for sales dispatch, custom duty budget, and freight cost for logistic payment purposes.
- Invoicing and E-way billing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
