Handling operation / process with maintain safety nomes.

Follow process as per Sop’s.

4.

Online documentation like BMR, occupancy log Book and Other formats.

5.

Maintain house keeping of plant & Surrounding area as per GMP.

6.

Review the preventive maintenance data of Equipment and execute as per the schedule.

7.

Control water consumption and properly segregation of Low COD and high COD water of Equipment.

8.

Equipment Cleaning as per requirement & as per schedule.

9.

Serial / periodic cleaning & product change over cleaning.
