Should be capable of working in both Quality Control (QC) and Production when necessary.
- Must possess expertise in all raw materials, including testing for solubility, bromide content, heavy metals, ferrocyanide levels, assay, and other relevant parameters.
- Should be comfortable with tasks assigned by management.
- Familiar with updated QC guidelines and proficient in general documentation practices (Standard Operating Procedures [SOP], Corrective and Preventive Actions [CAPA], Batch Manufacturing Records [BMR], and others).
- Proficient in operating all instruments used in the QC department.
- Capable of supervising and managing a team of 10 to 15 employees in the production department.
- Expertise in testing raw materials and conducting In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) sampling and rinse sampling during production.
- Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), stability testing procedures, and accurate record-keeping.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
