Foreman

1. Knowledge of the corrugated box production process, including raw materials, machinery, and finishing techniques.

2. To ensure products meet quality standards and specifications, identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures.

3. Familiarity with the maintenance and repair of machinery used in the production process.

4. Strong decision-making skills to handle production issues, personnel management, and process improvements.

5. Ability to arrange staff/labour.

6. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

6. Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

7. Efficiently managing production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

8. Effective management of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

9. Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, promoting a safe working environment, and conducting regular safety training.

10. Ability to analyze production issues, identify bottle necks / root causes, and implement effective solutions.

11. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, at least 5 years in the corrugated box industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
