Statuary Compliance Officer

PF, ESIC, PT calculation challan generation and remittance.
- To Make sure the organization complying as per state labour laws.
- Liaising with various departments and authorities.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance.
- Conducting audit as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report.
Preparing statutory registers statewide under all applicable labour laws.
- Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws: Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act, Payment of gratuity Act
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skill
- Gender: Male
- Age criteria : Below 40
