Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress. Excellent communication, empathy, and strong clinical skills are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' speech, language, and swallowing skills.
- Utilize various techniques and tools such as exercises, activities, and assistive devices to facilitate progress.
- Assist clients in developing alternative communication methods, such as sign language or the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, psychologists, and educators, to coordinate care and ensure integrated treatment approaches.
- Educate and train clients, their families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication development and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor clients' progress, document treatment results, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of speech therapy.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, as well as assessment and intervention techniques.
- Familiarity with various communication disorders and their impact on individuals' daily lives.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when working with clients facing communication challenges.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient in using relevant technology and software for assessment, documentation, and therapy purposes.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
