- Ensuring that the call is attended & taking updates from the engineers.
- Follow-up for pending calls with respective concerns & updating in call sheet.
- Taking spare request from field and site engineers.
- Ensuring arrangement of replacement spare and their timely delivery at site.
- Knowledge related to handling Vendor management.
- Call tracking & closure.
- Thoroughly understand SLA between us & customer.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
