**Responsibilities**:
- To deliver world class service and go out of your way to find solutions and make our Traya users delighted.
- To ensure complete ownership of customer Queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services.
- To collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem of Traya to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
- To prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
