Lead, motivate, and manage the factory team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Experience Into têxtile Industry. Should handle all production related things. Should have background with technical têxtiles, etc.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing processes to meet production targets
- Ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues affecting product quality
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Optimize production costs while maintaining quality standards
- To make the daily, weekly, monthly working plan for Weaving preparatory and loom shed
- To follow the yarn requirement and convey to concerned
- To follow the daily, Weekly run out of looms and ensure the beams availability for knotting, Beam gaiting
- To follow the Drawing dept, to get the required drawn without stoppages of looms
- To share the required reports to Costing, HOD level
