Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
**Handling key customers' accounts under the guidance of Senior Merchandiser - responsible for all matters from order received till payment realization post-dispatch ** Interact closely with design, supply chain and production team to ensure the customers’ requirements are met fully.

Education/ Work Experience/ General Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers - Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) - Graduation in any field - Good knowledge of export processes is preferred - 5-7 years of experience - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Work Location: Kolkata Leather Complex, Bantala

Division/Department: Sales & Merchandising

Reports to: Senior Merchandiser

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
