- Coordination with HO Materail team /Plant material team for desired quality and quantity of AFR. Ensure compliances of PCB documentation for each vehicle.
- Ensure Safety & Hazards are properly identified in each SOP.
- Coordination with legal team HO and plant environment team to ensure the license and quantity agreement of each receiving waste materials.
- Ensure timely testing of AFR samples at existing QC Lab or from advanced labs for detailed analysis as per schedule & requirement.
- Interpret the test results and decide suitable actions.
- Cross functional co-ordination for smooth operation of pre-processing & co-processing.
- Ensure availability of blended AFR as per agreed norms and plan.
- Proper compliance of safety and environmental norms.
- Ensure feeding of material in cost effective manner.
- Should have sound knowledge of environment air &water act. Hazardous waste rule & regulation, Pollution control board guideline on waste pre processing & co processing
- Ensure proper permits for transportation and disposal of wastes from SPCB, file returns on waste usage, carry out periodic emission measurements in compliance with the permits obtained.
- Ensure legal compliance of PCB guidline for hazardous waste and other waste.
- Co-ordinate with HOD (Production) and Waste Generators and schedule the trial run.
- Ensure the trial material is suitable to our operations. Strategise the things and give direction to AFR team accordingly.
- Provide required data/information to third party agency for preparing the report and submit the same to SPCB on time.
- Budgeting for preprocessing, coprocessing, lab chemicals, lab equipment under S&S, RPM & Material handling.
- Department Capex planning & monitoring, identify & implement improvement project.
- Should have good team management.
