**What are we looking for?**

Fluent in Arabic? Are you passionate about assisting individuals in their journey to explore the world? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly? Are you an expert at taking a conversation with an interested client and converting it into a successful transaction? If so, we’d love to hear from you

**The Job**

- Stay up-to-date with evolving visa regulations and requirements for various countries.

- Should have knowledge about complex visa processes, particularly for the UK and Canada, with previous experience in visa services or embassy work preferred.

- Ability to think on your feet and solve any customer doubts.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to navigate challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
