Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders on the IREPS and GEM portals.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and follow up on outstanding bids.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Word and Excel.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Organize and manage office files and documents to ensure easy accessibility.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 12th pass or above
- Previous experience (0-1yr) in a similar industry is a plus.
