**Designation:Tender cum Registration Executive**

**Experience:Minimum 2 Years in relevant field**

**Job Timings:9:30 AM to 6:00 PM**

**Working days:Mon-Sat.Week Off : Sunday**

**Qualification: BE Mechanical / Any Engineering Graduate**

**Gender:Male**

**Joining: Immediate.**

**Role Definition**:
**A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and maximizing the organization's chances of securing contracts. You will work closely with various departments to gather necessary information, analyze tender documents, and prepare compelling proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Tender Management:Oversee the entire tender process from initial identification to submission ensuring all deadlines are met.**

**- Document Analysis:Review tender documents thoroughly to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.**

**- Coordination:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and technical teams,to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.**

**- Content Creation:Develop high quality, tailored content for tender responses, including executive summaries, technical proposals, pricing schedules, and other relevant documentation.**

**- Compliance:Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, regulations, and standards, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.**

**- Bid Strategy:Develop strategic approaches for each tender opportunity, including pricing strategies, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.**

**- Research:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential challenges for each tender.**

**- Quality Assurance: Review and edit all tender submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.**

**- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance tender opportunities and promote business growth.**

**- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the tender management process.**

**- Any other responsibility assigns by Management.**

**Skills & Traits**:
**- Strong communication in English (both spoken & written) is must with fluency.**

**- In-depth knowledge of Tender preparation and submission.**

**- Must be Learner, Achiever and Analytical.**

**- Relationship building skill.**

**- Negotiation Skills.**

**- In-depth knowledge of the Engineering sales.**

**- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.**
