**Job description**:
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Senior Academic Counselor to join our SSL Computer Education Team.
- We're looking for an Academic Counselor or Senior Academic Counselor who are extremely Having communication and convincing Skills and Handling Leads with the potential customer support.
- And willing to work with Sales and Target Oriented Environment.
- As an Admissions Counselor or Senior Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth Business Sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing Sales.

**Experience**:
**Must have Experience in Academic Counseling, Customer Support, Team Handling Experience and Target Oriented Environments**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the Sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated on Reports
- Responsible for adherence of the inside Sales process, tools and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
- Responsible for admission process of students.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the Academy to the prospective students.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
