Royal Enfield motorcycle dealership situated at Alampur, Howrah is seeking for workshop service supervisor.

Roles:

- Meet and greet the customer
- Test Ride motorcycles and prepare repair estimate
- Job card opening process
- Explain job done and invoice breakup at the time of vehicle delivery
- Sales pitch for Value Added Services
- Secure Customer's feedback

Key responsibilities: Repair Process, Team Handling & Customer Complaint handling.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Automotive service: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
