Claim Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle cashless and reimbursement claims efficiently and accurately.
- Perform quality checks on all reimbursement claims before submitting them to TPAs/Insurance Companies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs to address document deficiencies and arrange for required documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive CD (Client Data) statement for all corporate clients assigned to you.
- Manage the endorsement process for various corporate clients.
- Be available 24/7 to answer calls and demonstrate a high level of responsibility in handling urgent matters.
- Provide daily reports to the Manager and update reporting sheets in a timely manner.
- Handle monthly endorsements efficiently.
- Oversee and support the team in their day-to-day activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and document requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
