**Job description - Telecaller(Business Development Executive)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase company sales

and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers,

products, and services.
- Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to

meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop

and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the pharma business world.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
