Robo Operator Job:
Profile Well experienced in Program teaching and made New program with cycle time reduction And confirm the process quality and equipment safety.
- Well Knowledge in Spot welding Robots, Brazing Robots,CO2 Welding Robots & HMI operating process.
- Trouble shooting of Robot errors & Spot-welding Parameters.
- Setting of spot weld parameters according to panel thickness, analyzations of root causes &counter measures Conducting feedback meeting at shift starting and communicate to daily plan,
- Manpower arranged as per skill adherence.
- Expert in MIG Welding, BRAZING, SPOT Welding parameters setting in car body and sheet metal welding process.
- Thickness error proof added in programmed before spot welding on cowl part.
- Posses’ Good experience, knowledge in Jig & Fixture correction & BIW system (Shuttle, EMS,drop lifter, linear System).
- Process knowledge on Incoming material Inspection for Body sheet parts.
- Well knowledge in SOP,PPM, OEE Calculation & QRQC.
- Well knowledge in 5S,7QC Tools, PQCDSM,FIFO,KAIZEN & POKA YOKE Having good attention to give Quality product by following safety methods. responsible for line 3C & 5S implement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
