Job Profile:To follow Document control procedure as per ISO 9001 and maintain the records accordingly., Master & Issuance of SOPs, Formats, Logbooks, STP, Specification & other documents, To provide support in maintaining all QA related documents & records. Maintaining records of all quality audits undertaken and participate in internal audit. To provide support during external audits pertaining to QMS. Audit as per GMP requirements, wherever required.To provide support in handling customer complaints and other customer queries.To provide support in vendor qualification process and handling vendor complaints.To provide support in preparing monthly and periodic MRM presentation / document.Data analysis work pertaining to raw materials, packing materials and finished products.To carry out stock verification activity pertaining to consumables, raw materials, packing materials and finished products as and when required.Coordination with other departments for activities pertaining to Quality Management System and other QA related activities.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. Knowledge of Food Safety requirements and pharma GMP would be preferable.Experience in participating in internal audit as per ISO 9001 and pharma GMP requirements.Strong knowledge of QA documentation.Working knowledge of English language.

Must have experience in preparing SOP’s and other documents as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
