**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lifetime Health. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through outbound calling while also delivering exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You will engage with potential leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and convert them into satisfied customers, all while providing ongoing support to our current clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from pre-generated leads list.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their healthcare needs and concerns.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Lifetime Health's nursing care, physiotherapy, and lab testing services.
- Educate prospects on available service options and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure alignment with our services.
- Accurately maintain records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously update knowledge of healthcare industry trends and competitors' offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales and customer service, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing care, physiotherapy, or lab testing services is a plus.
