**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some positions may require an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, depending on the organization's requirements.
- Ability to handle inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
