**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating room before surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Assist the surgical team by providing sterile instruments, sutures, and other required items during procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgery and alert medical staff to any changes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the operating room before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for surgery.
- Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment appropriately.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and organized operating environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Operating Theatre Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience as an OT Technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle stressful and fast-paced situations.

**Salary**:

- The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
